What challenges were you facing before Kidola?
Our main challenge was tracking children’s attendance. It’s essential for management and compliance, but it used to be slow, tedious, and prone to errors. We needed a solution that could automate the process and remove the administrative burden.
What changed once you started using Kidola?
Kidola saves us several hours of administrative work every month. It’s hard to quantify exactly, but the difference is very noticeable. Everything is smoother, faster, and more accurate.
How has Kidola improved your workflow?
In a very positive way. The most valuable improvement is the automatic export of attendance data directly into the CSA system at the end of the month. It removes manual steps and eliminates mistakes, a huge time-saver.
Your favorite feature?
Definitely the attendance tracking. And I’m excited about what’s next: having staff check-ins, leave, and sick days managed just as easily, like a digital time clock built right into Kidola
